fractional services

the game is brand building. Tell me, are you jumping left or right?

Having a personal cmo or event lead on call to help make the right decision for you is now easier and more affordable than ever

If you’re a fan of Netflix’s Squid Game like we are, the image to the right is familiar to you.  One panel of glass is tempered and safe, and the other is just plain glass.  One will grow your brand and hold your weight, the other will shatter and may potentially cause irreparable damage to your brand.

So which do you choose?

Do you work with a proven and budget-friendly marketing and event leader than can help elevate your brand to the next level of impact and demand, or do you continue what you’ve been doing and hope the glass doesn’t break?

Player 456, I think the choice should be pretty clear.  I would keep reading on…

How does a fractional program work?

Making the service you need easier and more affordable

At LARA, our small business friendly fractional CMO and Event Lead programs are designed to give you maximum impact at minimum cost.  We offer several flexible options to work with us based on your needs, scope of work, and budget.

Retainer based

The retainer based options gives you an agreed upon amount of hours per week or month for a flat contracted monthly price.  This option is best for businesses who need ongoing help or have larger projects that will take up longer spans of time.

Project based

The project based option is for businesses who only need help for a single event or project.  With this option we would do an assessment of the project and scope of work, generate a proposal for you, and negotiate one low flat fee for the individual project.

Hourly Based

The hourly based option is for those who want maximum flexbility and is only charged based on the hours you use.  It could be as small as a single hour for a call to guide you on which email blast service may be right for you, or managing a zoom for a super important meeting, or as large as 40 hours a week during crunch times for a big event, product launch, or large scale project.
