breaking the barriers

People think of accessibility as ADA compliance and turning on the captions on a Zoom.  In reality though, it’s so much more.  It could be having live translations for an important meeting, setting up creative programs to help counterparts in different parts of the world learn about each other’s cultures and traditions, or making sure event attendees that need them have access to assistive listening devices, ASL interpreters, braille/large print materials, sensory friendly spaces, accessible seating, allergy friendly menus, and more.

As parents of neurodiverse children as well as experienced planners, we have personally worked with and seen the tremendous difference that inclusivity and accomodation can make in someone’s life.

Available as a live, virtual, or hybrid performance with a full suite of special needs audience accomodations.

Global Cultural Exchange

A custom web production by LARA, The Virtual Cultural Exchange is a way to bring global staff and teams together to educate, inspire, and engage with global cultures. The exchange can be completely customized and include staff submitted recipes, activities, virtual tours, team profiles, video chat, and more.

Recipes for success: unity through food

Compile your own company cookbook with recipes from yoru staff around the world. We’ll do all the work from start to finish including handling submissions, book design, and printing or digital distribution.
