In the last year we have negotiated more than 400 global sponsorships from both sides of the desk, and over the years we’ve worked with thousands of exhibitors. We’ve been the revenue generators, setting packages, value added, and price points, as well as the strategists putting together an “opportunity road map” to increase brand awares, presence, and business development.

The key to sponsorship and exhibit sales is being able to understand both sides of the desk. You need to know what will drive a company to sponsor or exhibit at an event, as well as how to make a compelling case and value proposition for the event your marketing.

The Big Apple Circus is an iconic performing arts institution that has faced challenges over the years with bringing in corporate and group events, mainly due to having to rebuild its reputation after a decade-old bankrupty and sale and a lack of quality in those leaner years.  We put together a proposal to completely revitalize their efforts and get creative with offerings to lure companies back. 

Men’s pelvic health summit

After getting burned by another producer in 2024, we took on the task of rebuilding the sponsorship efforts of the Men’s Pelvic Health Summit including adding in our signature Superbooth, recalibrating their pricing and packages, and developing custom industry lists to market to. 

The Knowledge Exchange

The Knowledge Exchange Is What We’re Most Known For.  We grew this trade event series from one brand to three brands including a trade show, lunch & learn series, and award-winning webinar series, while expanding it’s reach to 15 markets, over 100,000 executives, and over 1,000 sponsors and exhibitors.
